LEARNING OBJECTIVES FOR TEACHERS: ​

  • ​Create an emotional, psychological and physically safe space, where trust and sense of belonging are built.
  • Understand and practice Restorative Discipline (RD) principles, develop guidelines, and use RD circles for conflict resolution.
  • Model Non-Violent Communication. 
  • Facilitate circle dialogues.
  • Practice  transitioning effectively from the role of teacher to facilitator.
