LEARNING OBJECTIVES FOR TEACHERS:
Create an emotional, psychological and physically safe space, where trust and sense of belonging are built.
Understand and practice Restorative Discipline (RD) principles, develop guidelines, and use RD circles for conflict resolution.
Model Non-Violent Communication.
Facilitate circle dialogues.
Practice transitioning effectively from the role of teacher to facilitator.
